Overview
Permanency and Stability Support (PSS) is a comprehensive service, based on the evidence-informed Traditions of Caring Model, dedicated to ensuring the permanency, well-being, and safety of children as they adjust to a new home environment.
Our mission is to provide a holistic approach to family care, integrating assessment, and individualized support to foster resilience and permanent solutions.
Permanency and Stability Support helps families overcome challenges by offering assessment, education, skill-building, and resources. With personalized support, we empower caregivers to create stable, nurturing homes where children can thrive.
Our service follows four phases—engagement, assessment, support, and transition—covering nine key areas like legal, financial, child well-being, and family relationships.
What to Expect
While this service is flexible and can be applied to many different case situations, here are a few examples of who we can serve:
