Family Support Partners
With lived experience as caregivers, our Family Support Partners provide emotional support, advocacy and coaching to families navigating behavioral or mental-health challenges.

Family Support Partners (FSPs) are parents or caregivers who have walked similar paths—raising children with mental health, emotional or behavioral health needs.
At Shineforth, our FSPs are trained in the High-Fidelity Wraparound model and work side-by-side with families to identify strengths, navigate systems, connect with resources, and ensure the family’s voice guides the journey.

Overview
Family Support Partners (FSPs) are parents who’ve experienced first-hand what it’s like to have a child struggling with mental, emotional or behavioral health challenges. Shineforth’ FSPs receive training in the High Fidelity Wraparound model, which is utilized in all forms of the FSP service.
